The 64 bypass must cross Crabtree Creek. At the same location, the two ends
of Rogers Lane will be spliced together by a bridge that crosses the route 64
bridge over Crabtree Creek. It's a bridge over a bridge. Work started in
November of 2002.

build a bridge for the construction equipment.
